Conditions for donating ACED and Designalism foundation
You will donate to the non-profit foundation ACED, with its registered office in Amsterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number NL20158614. ACED is classified as a Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling (ACED is a cultural ANBI).
These conditions apply to every online donation made to ACED via www.aced.nl or www.designalism.nl. On the aforementioned website, the donor is asked to accept these conditions by ticking a box in agreement. ACED reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the interim.
Rights and obligations of the ACED foundation
Every payment made by a donor via www.aced.nl or www.designalism.nl will fully benefit the ACED foundation and will be used by ACED for innovations, improvements and expansions. Being a destination that aligns with ACED's mission and vision. Refunds are not possible. ACED takes appropriate measures to secure the transfer of data in the context of this action. Persons who are authorized to inspect these data on behalf of ACED are bound by confidentiality thereof, subject to legally permitted exceptions.
Rights and obligations of the donor
The donor cannot derive any rights from a donation other than that ACED will use the donation for innovations, improvements and expansions. To be able to make a donation, the donor must have reached the age of 18 years. The donor is obliged to provide his / her name and identity correctly. The donor will make the donation with resources that he / she may dispose of and have control over.
ACED processes the personal data provided by the donor in accordance with all applicable legal regulations, including in particular the regulations set by or pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These personal data are processed by ACED for the purpose of settling donations as referred to in these terms and conditions, for carrying out marketing activities insofar as they are related to ACED's mission and vision (unless the donor has indicated otherwise), as well as to be able to comply with legal obligations.
